Linked By Design reserves the right to decline requests that exceed the agreed scope until additional terms have been approved.

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
• Project deposits and fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• Late or outstanding payments may result in suspension of services.
• Recurring services may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment.

Any applicable refund rights, cancellation provisions, or exceptions will be governed by the signed service agreement and applicable law.

All original materials, designs, software, templates, graphics, branding, and proprietary processes created or owned by Linked By Design remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership or usage rights for completed project deliverables will transfer to the client only to the extent specified in the applicable service agreement.

Linked By Design retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, proprietary systems, reusable components, methodologies, and internal tools. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners. Third-party software, plugins, fonts, images, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.

Our services may involve third-party platforms, including website hosting providers, domain registrars, content management systems, payment processors, analytics tools, marketing platforms, and other technology providers.

Linked By Design is not responsible for interruptions, outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or service limitations caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for maintaining applicable third-party subscriptions, licenses, and account payments unless otherwise specified in writing.

Linked By Design works to develop professional, functional, and optimized digital experiences. However, we do not guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings.
• A particular number of website visitors.
• Specific lead generation or conversion results.
• Guaranteed revenue or sales.
• Uninterrupted website availability.
• Specific results from third-party advertising platforms.

Search engine algorithms, market conditions, competition, customer behavior, and third-party technologies may affect performance. Any projections or examples provided are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed outcomes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
